YaoMedica 031 Hericium is a 50 ml tincture made from Hericium erinaceus (Lion's Mane), a vital mushroom used in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
According to TCM, Hericium is traditionally used to harmonise Wei (Stomach), support Pi (Spleen) and digestion, and calm Shen. YaoMedica also describes Hericium in the traditional context of supporting mental balance and the brain.
Ingredients: Hericium erinaceus, water and alcohol. The manufacturer states that the mushroom is finely milled and macerated in approximately 50% alcohol for around one month.

Suggested use: Follow the directions on the product label. YaoMedica's standard tincture guidance recommends dividing the daily amount between morning and evening and taking it on an empty stomach.
