This green chakra singing bowl pairs vivid colour with decorative symbolic detail and includes a contrasting black mallet. Its compact size makes it easy to place in a meditation corner, on a small table or among a collection of meaningful objects.

Strike the bowl lightly with the included mallet and allow the sound to open and fade at its own pace. You can also guide the mallet evenly around the rim to explore a more continuous tone; small changes in pressure and speed will change the response.

• Green chakra-inspired decorative design
• Black mallet included
• 14 cm width and 7 cm height
• Suitable for meditation, sound practice and decorative display

Why people use singing bowls

People commonly use singing bowls to create a calm atmosphere and give their attention a gentle point of focus. Their resonant tones can accompany meditation, mindfulness, breathwork and yoga, mark the beginning or end of a quiet practice, or simply offer a peaceful pause during the day. They are also appreciated for sound practice, personal rituals and as meaningful decorative objects.

Care: wipe the bowl and mallet with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid moisture, harsh cleaners, abrasive surfaces and forceful striking.

Individual variations in size, surface finish and tone may occur, giving each piece its own character.
