This distinctive bamboo instrument is handmade in the style of the Native American flute, recognized by its six finger holes and tied sound block. This special construction gives the flute its warm, gentle and meditative tone.

Native American flutes are admired for their expressive sound and have historically been associated with personal music, storytelling and courtship.

This individual flute was handcrafted by a South American artisan family. Purchasing it supports the family and helps them work toward building their home. Natural variations and small irregularities are part of its authentic handmade character.
