A traditional Himalayan blend centred on herbs associated in Ayurveda with vitality and healthy circulation. Valerian, ironwood, ginger, vetiver and warming spices join the three triphala fruits.
Suggested use: 2 cups daily. Prepare one teaspoon (about 2 g) in 250 ml of water.
Ingredients: Valeriana officinalis, Mesua ferrea, Zingiber officinale, Vetiveria zizanioides, Cinnamomum zeylanicum, Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellirica, Emblica officinalis, Syzygium aromaticum, Elettaria cardamomum, Piper longum.
